Multi-University Alumni Career Fair
Join us for the annual Multi-University Alumni Career Fair, sponsored by the USC Alumni Association and the USC Career Center. This event is designed to help both experienced alumni, and recent graduates connect with organizations in a wide range of industries that are recruiting locally or nationally.
More than 80 organizations will be recruiting, including Amgen, AT&T, Cornerstone, Kaiser Permanente, Caltrans, County of Orange, LaserFiche, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, RealtyMogul, and Pharmavite. You can see a full list of firms and positions here.

Biocareers: Leveraging your Ph.D. for Career Success
This (free) webinar will provide lessons on creating the right résumé or CV, basic networking skills, finding the right job for you, how to identify and leverage your transferable skills. It will also cover basic and advanced interviewing skills, how to negotiate, how to advance once you’re hired.

Beyond the Ph.D. Career Conference
Beyond the Ph.D./Postdoc is an annual conference designed to inspire and help students strategize for careers as future leaders in academia and industry. The event is co-sponsored by the USC Graduate School, USC Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, USC Postdoctoral Association, USC Graduate Student Government, USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, USC Marshall School of Business Ph.D. Program, USC Viterbi Graduate Student Association, and the USC Career Center.

Postdoc of the Month Award
Over the last 12 months, The Journal of Postdoctoral Research has awarded 6 Postdoc of the Month Awards to postdocs across the US. The postdocs were featured on the website, highlighted in their month’s issue of the Journal of Postdoctoral Research, had a featured Editorial written about their work, and are now eligible to compete for our $500 Travel Award for Postdoc of the Year.
They are now accepting applications for January 2017 and March 2017 Postdoc of the Month Awards.
