Come spend the day in Catalina island hiking, kayaking, and snorkeling with your fellow postdocs.  The USC Ferry departs 7:30 am and leaves the island at 3:30 pm. Lunch will be provided.

Cross-Angeles Postdoc Picnic

The Los Angeles area Postdoctoral Associations are getting together to host a potluck picnic at the Los Angeles State Historic Park, in celebration of National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW) 2019. Bring your family and friends – and a signature dish to share if you have one. You can also run, walk, ride a bike, fly a kite and even look for urban wildlife such as birds traveling down the Pacific flyway.

Location: Los Angeles State Historic Park (1245 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012) | The park is located just a mile away from the Los Angeles Union Station and can be accessed via the Chinatown LA Metro stop.
